Hello. I found a listing on cragislist from you all. I was just curious as to what you would charge if someone supplied you with the meat to BBQ. my future hubby and i both LOVE home made BBQ and thought about getting a pig or 2 (whatever would feed about 150 people) and having someone BBQ it… so all we would need is for someone to prepare the meat, is that something that you all would do? just curious… thanks.

Heather, thank you for contacting us. I am glad to do your hog or hogs. Glad to do it – we do events like your all the time. 1 or 2 wouldn’t matter, we can fit two in at a time – plus other food i you have it – smoked Beans are the bomb! :-)
We have a $750 minimum charge, so that would be the price – of course we are there all day long (very early for a hog) till late and make you all look great in front of your guests. call me 859-319-5000 or 4000

Hi there! I was the photographer at the Mick wedding and just had to come here and tell you that was seriously the BEST bbq I’ve ever had. Been craving it ever sense. Even the baked beans were the best I’ve ever had. I hope you get a restaurant one day so I can eat there until my hearts content. You should SO consider Garrard Count ;)

    Hi,
We’d LOVE to have you cater our Lexington wedding in May 2012, how far in advance do we need to book? Y’all must be busy, I keep calling but your mailboxes are full!

Hi Brad! This is Dougie Allen’s wife. I was in a meeting yesterday, at church, to plan our fall festival and the thought of having BBQ came up. Of course my first thought was YOU! We expect around 600-800 people, but we(the church) are covering the part of the costs of food on this event, and may possibly charge for the rest. I need to chat with you about this event. Are you guys available on October 29th?

Hi! I want to have a cook-out catered for around 100-110 people in early October. Around how much would the cost be for you all to do it? We were thinking usual cook-out food– bbq, hot dogs, cole slaw, beans, stuff like that which you all seem to have. Let me know! Thanks so much!!!

    Good morning!

I’ve been mouth watering over your website for the last 10 minutes and wanted to get a possible price quote from you guys. I am the local recruiter for the Kentucky National Guard and would like to feed the Boyle HS teachers on 8NOV11. Looking at maybe 2 meats (whichever two would be the cheapest) and two sides with drinks for 70 teachers. I’ll go ahead and say that it’s going to be hard for me to get anything over 8.50 a plate approved. I know this is alot cheaper than what you charge and I FULLY understand if you can’t come down that low. Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Hi Guys!

I was the photographer at the Ashley Inn wedding on May 19th. I just linked to your site as a preferred vendor. I hope that you will keep me in mind when someone asks about photography!

Absolutely Sandra – email me your website and contact info and I will put you on here. Also any photos you liked from that weeding, I will post here – all linked back to you. Just let me know what I can do to help. We get pretty good traffic off this site. Brad 859-319-5000

    Hello,
I was hoping to make contact with you to start determining a price quote for an upcoming wedding. The event is not until next year, but I would love to start planning early. There will be approximately 200 people in attendance. Can you provide what “the works” would cost approximately?

    Thank you so much!

Im having a party with 35 guests. Do you charge by the hour or per head. Do you bring a grill? Cook steak tacos and sandwiches or just grill steak do you have side dishes.

I also need to know if you charge per mile or by location?

    The city your located in.

    Thank you,

  16. Brad SimmonsNo Gravatar says:

Rebekah, my apologies – I don’t look at this often, I am an email or text guy. :-) It is $15-18/head depending on what you want. But that will get you close. I hope that helps… Call anytime 859-319-5 thousand

have you ever thought about using chafing dish skirts on your chafers to add some color or to help keep heat loss to a minimum?
