We will cater groups of 60-1500 at your location in the Bluegrass and I will make whatever you want, but here are some favorites and a typical pricing:
PULLED PORK - Succulent pulled pork perfect for sandwiches or just by itself
CHICKEN - Smoked and slightly seasoned chicken tomahawks (leg-thigh quarters)
TEXAS STYLE BEEF BRISKET - Sliced and Chopped for plating or sandwiches
PORK RIBS - Lip smackin’ ribs
WICKED BEANS - Smoked over hickory for hours with several secret items

we are going to have a car event next april in bowling green,ky. would like to have a bbq on friday night. last year we had 80/90 cars. maybe 100 folks. not sure how many will be there next year. are y’all interested it putting it on in bowling green? please advise, gregory
